  1. You need of 玛尼菜 Sweet leaf (200g).
  2. You need of 鸡蛋 Egg (2).
  3. It's of 江鱼仔 Anchovy.
  4. You need of 蒜头 Garlic (2 cloves).

炒玛尼菜 Stir-Fried Sweet Leaf step by step

  1. 蒜头切薄片 Cut garlics into thin slices.
  2. 爆香蒜头,江鱼仔 Fry garlic and anchovy.
  3. 加入玛尼菜,翻炒至菜叶变软 Add sweet leaf, stir-fry till the leaves soften.
  4. 加入鸡蛋,翻炒 Add eggs, stir-fry.
  5. 加入1汤匙酱清,盖锅闷煮约2分钟 Add 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, simmer with lid for ~2mins.
