1. Preheat oven to 180ºC.
2. Melt and blend water, butter, oil and cocoa in microwave.
3. Add sugar, flour, salt and whisk together.
4. Add bicarb, vanilla esssence and eggs.
5. Beat with electric mixer for 3mins.
6. Mix in nuts.
7. Pour into greased pan.
8. Bake for 20-30mins.
9. Pour icing over brownies while still hot.
