  11. Prepare 2 tsp of grated fresh ginger.
  12. You need 1 tsp of brown sugar.
  13. It's 1 tsp of fish sauce.
  14. It's 1 tsp of rice wine vinegar.

  2. In a bowl Mix together the sauce and set aside.
  3. In a wok/skillet: heat sesame oil and add garlic and celery. Cook 2 min..
