Creak an egg into each cup. This recipe uses the WW Omelette Maker and Egg Poacher cup insert. Made the omelette cups this morning and I just fell in love on how they came out and tasted! Instead of "cups" I baked all at once in a foil tray- to make it easy for the morning crew. They also turn out awesome IF you use potatoes o'brien too!!
