- Now add chopped boiled potatoes and boiled green peas.

- Add Ginger garlic paste and garam masala and mix it properly.
- Cover it for 5 minutes and switch off the flame,stuffing is ready.
- For gravy--.
- In a kadhai add 4 tbsp oil and add cloves, bay leaves and cinnamon stick.
- Now crackle some jeera or cumin seeds.
- Add Ginger garlic paste and stir it..
- Now add brown onion paste and mix it properly.
- Now add coriander and jeera powder turmeric and salt as needed.
- Now add peanut, roasted coconut and seasam seed powder.
- Mix well properly and add garam masala and kasuri methi or fenugreek leaves.
- Add water as needed and cover it for 5 minutes.
- When it get boil switch off the flame and add cream gravy is ready.
- Now prepared stuffing fill in roasted bottle gourd (from down side) and slowly put it in a dish.
- And pour prepared gravy on fish, add coriander leaves and the veg. fish is ready.
