- Prepare 400 ml of rice.
- It's 600 ml of water.
- You need 1 of onion, sliced thinly.
- Prepare 1 of garlic, sliced thinly.
- It's 2 tbsp of coconut oil.
- You need 1 tsp of powder broth (I usually use mushroom or chicken).
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of salt.
Mix rice, broth and onion mixture and cook in rice cooker. Put the oil in a large saucepan over medium heat and add the rice, stirring for a few minutes. Add the stock and bring to a boil. In a small saucepan, combine the rice, onions, and broth.
