  2. You need 100 gms of Mixed vegetable (corn,carrot,bean, green peas).
  3. Prepare 50 gms of couriflour.
  4. It's 1 of medium Tomato, chopped.
  5. Prepare 2 of green chillies, chopped.
  6. You need 1/2 tsp of cumin seeds.
  7. You need 1 tsp of ginger paste.
  8. Prepare 1/2 tsp of turmeric Powder.
  9. You need 1/2 tsp of Chilli powder.
  10. Prepare 1/2 tsp of garam masala powder.
  11. Prepare 1/2 tsp of chaat masala.
  12. You need 2 tbsp of coriander leaves, chopped.
  13. You need as needed of Salt.
  14. It's 1 tbsp of Vegetable oil.

  1. Take pressure cooker and pour dal,water (water is half inch above the dal).close the lid and cook for 3 whistles. Let it cool and remove the lid. Dal is boiled.
  2. Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds and stir,than garlic, green chilli and saute until golden brown..
  3. Now add ginger paste, turmeric powder, and stir for few minutes until fragrant.Add salt and mix well. Add Cooked dal and mix well..
  4. Add all vegetables and saute for 2 minutes,you can add any veggies of your choice..
  5. Add red chilli powder, garam masala powder,water for desired consistency, bring it to nice boil.add coriander leaves..
  6. Mixed vegetable dal is ready to serve. Sprinkle chaat masala and cashew for garnishing..
