- Prepare 100 gms of moong dal.
- You need 100 gms of Mixed vegetable (corn,carrot,bean, green peas).
- Prepare 50 gms of couriflour.
- It's 1 of medium Tomato, chopped.
- Prepare 2 of green chillies, chopped.
- You need 1/2 tsp of cumin seeds.
- You need 1 tsp of ginger paste.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of turmeric Powder.
- You need 1/2 tsp of Chilli powder.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of garam masala powder.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of chaat masala.
- You need 2 tbsp of coriander leaves, chopped.

Mix Vegetable Dal step by step
- Take pressure cooker and pour dal,water (water is half inch above the dal).close the lid and cook for 3 whistles. Let it cool and remove the lid. Dal is boiled.
- Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds and stir,than garlic, green chilli and saute until golden brown..
- Now add ginger paste, turmeric powder, and stir for few minutes until fragrant.Add salt and mix well. Add Cooked dal and mix well..
- Add all vegetables and saute for 2 minutes,you can add any veggies of your choice..
- Add red chilli powder, garam masala powder,water for desired consistency, bring it to nice boil.add coriander leaves..
- Mixed vegetable dal is ready to serve. Sprinkle chaat masala and cashew for garnishing..
