  2. You need 3 tbsp of wheat flour.
  3. Prepare 1/2 cup of carrot.

Vegetable Manchurian instructions

  1. Take all the vegetables and cheese, finely chopped,along with ginger garlic paste,corn flour, wheat flour,Salt, black pepper.
  2. Mix them well adding water as required for consistency.
  3. Make round balls out of the thick vegetable mixture.
  4. Now deep fry balls in a pan.
  5. Heat some oil in a pan and roast ginger garlic paste chopped green chillies in it for a while.
  6. Add chopped onion/spring onions roast it again.
  7. Add tomato puree tomato ketchup,soya sauce,chilli sauce,vinegar,salt and black pepper.
  8. Take a small bowl, add corn flour or water in it and make a thick mixture without lumps.
  9. Add corn flour mixture to the pan.mix them well.
  10. Mix thoroughly and add fried vegetable balls into the mixture.
  11. Garnish with spring onions and chopped coriander leaves and serve.
