- Prepare 1 of - Capsicum Chopped.
- It's 1 of - Carrot grated.
- You need 1 of - Beetroot grated.
- You need 1 cup of - Green peas.
- Prepare 3 of - Potatoes Boiled.
- It's 1 of - Onion chopped.
- Prepare 1 tsp of - Ginger garlic green chilli paste.
- You need of As per taste - Salt.
- You need 1 tsp of - Mixed herbs.
- You need 1 tsp of - Chilli flakes.
- You need 2 tsp of - lemon juice.
- It's of As required - Coriander leaves chopped.
- It's 1 cup of - Bread Crumbs.
- You need 1 tsp of - All purpose flour.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of - Water for making all purpose flour slurry.
- It's of as required Oil for frying.
Vegetable Cutlet step by step
- In a pan heat oil add chopped onions, ginger garlic green chilli paste and saute well.
- Now add all Veggies - capsicum, Carrots, beetroot, green peas.
- Add salt and saute well till vegetables are soft and tender.
- Add mix herbs, red chilli flakes and lemon juice.
- Add boiled potatoes and mix well..
- Add bread Crumbs and mix well..
- Add salt again as per taste and add chopped coriander leaves..
- Now switch off the flame and allow the mixture to cool down then make a dough.
- Now give desirable shapes to your Cutlets I used heart shaped cookie cutter..
- Now dip these Cutlets in all purpose flour slurry and then in bread crumbs. Now deep fry in oil till it becomes crisp. It takes 2-3 minutes on medium flame for Cutlets to become brown and crisp.
