  2. To make chutney put all the chutney ingredients in a grinder jar & grind it to make thick chutney..
  3. Peel off skin of cucumber, onion & boiled potato. Then add tomatoes & chop them in circular pieces as shown in the picture..
  4. Now take 2 slices of bread. Apply chutney at one & butter on another slice..
  5. Now place 1 layer of cucumber then 1 layer of tomato. Sprinkle little salt & chaat masala then place layer of onion & at the end place potato layer..
  6. Cover it with another bread slice of butter. Cut the sandwich into 4 pieces & serve with tomato sauce on it..
