  8. You need 2 of Carrots.
  9. It's 1/2 Cup of Bottle gourd /lauki.

  11. You need 200 gm of Beans.
  12. Prepare 2 tsp of Curry leaves.
  13. You need to taste of salt.
  14. You need 1/4 tsp of Turmeric powder.

Vegetable Curry step by step

  1. Cut all the vegetables into small pieces..
  2. Add all the chopped vegetables to a kadai and add salt, turmeric powder..
  3. Pour needed water to cook all the vegetables. Allow to cook..
  4. In the mean time, let's prepare the paste for the curry. Grind the ingredients to a fine paste..
  5. Once vegetables are cooked, add the grinded paste. Mix well..
  6. Now add the yoghurt to it and mix well..
  7. Once yoghurt is added, don't allow to boil for a long time..
  8. Boil just for 30 seconds and switch off the flame. Now add coconut oil and curry leaves. Close with lid for 5 minutes and then serve hot..
